About

Teaching people how to live healthy and balanced lives has been my passion for close to 30 years.
While living in the Boston area in the 1980s, I was captivated by the New Age movement. I immersed myself into studying and practicing meditation, yoga, nutrition, and Ayurveda. (I am a certified Chopra Health Instructor in Ayurveda.)
During those years, I fell in love with Tai Chi Chuan. I studied under Yang style Grandmaster Gin Soon Chu and his son, Master Vincent Chu. A few years after moving to Jerusalem in 1991, I met one of the most influential people in my life, Kabbalah teacher Hadassah Ben-Yishai.
Hadassah encouraged me to write a book sharing what I had learned from Kabbalah and Taoism. In 2014, I published the inspirational self-help book Living Wisely. A second edition will be available in 2022.
In addition to being an author, for 7 years I was a featured blogger on The Huffington Post, writing about healthy living and spirituality. I also contributed an essay to the book How to Achieve a Heaven on Earth, a collection of 101 insightful essays from some of the world’s greatest thinkers, leaders, and writers

Music is another one of my passions. I was guided to write and perform love songs to the Divine while living in Jerusalem. My CD, Take a New Road, is available on most streaming services.
Through promoting Take a New Road, I met the founder of Transitions Radio Magazine (TRM). A few years after becoming friends, he invited me to co-host his radio show. For five years I co-hosted TRM, a Santa Fe, NM based broadcast that blended guest interviews, cutting-edge information and resources for healthy living with an eclectic mix of contemporary music.
I currently live with my family in southern California.
