Ayurveda is the original lifestyle health system. It was created in India about 5,000 years ago. Ayurveda teaches how to be in balance with nature based on understanding your unique energetic expression of the natural world.

You will learn personalized self-care routines based on your specific physical, mental, and spiritual makeup. When you are in balance with your energetic constitution, feeling happy and energized naturally follows.

I base my Ayurveda teaching on the six pillars of health model developed by Deepak Chopra. The six pillars are:

  • Movement

  • Nutrition

  • Sleep

  • Emotional health

  • Self-care
