Tai Chi Chuan
Tai Chi Chuan is an effective system to de-stress and unwind in a matter of minutes. The gentle and graceful movements melt muscular tension, improve balance, increase strength, and more. Levi studied Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan under Master Gin Soon Chu and his son Vincent in Boston. He has been teaching it for over 25 years in the United States and abroad.
