Balance+

Inspired by my background in Tai Chi Chuan and meditation, Balance+ is a unique set of exercises that will help you:

 

  • Improve balance and stability

  • Increase flexibility and strength

  • Reduce stress and increase energy

 

The exercises are easy to learn and appropriate for any age and level of fitness. 

Sulam Chi

Sulam Chi (Ladder of Life Force Energy) is a beautiful integration of Tai Chi-like movement and Kabbalah’s mystical Tree of Life. Co-created by myself and a fellow Kabbalah student, it is a simple, gentle, yet powerful way to experience divine energy right where we live: in our bodies. An online course is available to teach you the movements and what is behind them.

Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi Chuan is an effective system to de-stress and unwind in a matter of minutes. The gentle and graceful movements melt muscular tension, improve balance, increase strength, and more.  I studied Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan under Master Gin Soon Chu and his son Vincent in Boston. I have been teaching it for over 25 years in the United States and abroad.
