Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan can help you de-stress and unwind in a matter of minutes. The gentle and graceful movements melt muscular tension, improve balance, increase strength, and more.

I studied Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan under Grandmaster Gin Soon Chu and his son Master Vincent Chu in Boston. I have been teaching it for close to 30 years in the United States and abroad.

One of my attractions to Tai Chi was the Taoist philosophy behind it. The idea that everything is connection through the underlying energy of life, called the Tao, excited me.

The promise that I could find a way to harmonize the seemingly incompatible energies within myself and in the rest of the life through practicing Tai Chi hooked me into becoming a dedicated student of the art.

Knowing how hard it is to commit to learning Yang style Tai Chi, I was inspired to create Balance+. It is a unique set of exercises that will help you:

  • Improve balance and stability

  • Increase flexibility and strength

  • Reduce stress and increase energy

The exercises are easy to learn and appropriate for any age and level of fitness.

Sulam Chi is an integration of Tai Chi-like movements and Kabbalah's mystical Tree of Life. I co-created it with another one of my Kabbalah teacher's students.
