I studied Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan under Grandmaster Gin Soon Chu and his son Master Vincent Chu in Boston. I have been teaching it for close to 30 years in the United States and abroad.
One of my attractions to Tai Chi was the Taoist philosophy behind it. The idea that everything is connection through the underlying energy of life, called the Tao, excited me.
The promise that I could find a way to harmonize the seemingly incompatible energies within myself and in the rest of the life through practicing Tai Chi hooked me into becoming a dedicated student of the art.
