Sulam Chi
Integrating the Energies of Tai Chi & Kabbalah's Tree of Life

Sulam Chi is a unique mind/body/spirit exercise. It is a simple and beautiful way to experience the Divine through movement. Sulam Chi is relaxing and energizing at the same time. No background in Tai Chi or Kabbalah is necessary to learn it.

Sulam Chi is practiced with a set of original prayers/intentions that are linked to each of the ten energy centers of the Tree of Life. It was created by myself and another student of my Kabbalah teacher as a prayer in motion.

Sulam Chi is a unique form of devotional exercise that combines the Tree of Life and Tai Chi. It brings you into the experience of ancient wisdom, while nourishing the moments you are living. It is practical and wise, and Levi Ben-Shmuel is an excellent teacher. As I say in my book, "there is no substitute for practice" and this is a great practice.

- Paul David Walker, CEO coach, poet, and author of, “Unleashing Genius”

I found Levi's Sulam Chi workshop to be truly inspiring as we worked with the energies of Tai Chi and the power of Kabbalah. The time flew by as we learned, practiced, questioned, and learned even more. Levi is a kind, warm, and attentive teacher; it was an honor to be in the presence of a master.
